Screens suddenly turn black

I had this problem for a few days: My pc boots normally and after 10 minutes both displays turn black. The pc feels still responsive and the audio keeps playing. Restarting fixes this temporarily. Sometimes I get this notification at reboot: "Display driver failed to start". I have already tried reinstalling the drivers and the same problem still occurs. I had the same problem a year ago and the only way I managed to fix it was swapping the graphics card with another one. The old card worked perfectly fine in another pc and the new one worked fine until this week.
My OS is Windows 10 64-bit. My graphics card is a gtx 970 and the monitors are connected via DisplayPort and DVI. One monitor is a G-Sync monitor. I have tried everything I know and am not able to fix this problem myself. What can I do to fix this?

Update1: Blackscreen also with one monitor.
Update2: Tried it with a different graphics card still the same result.

Hey there!Have You tried to run a single monitor?
I am not sure but this problem is somehow related with windows.
Trying run your PC with individual monitors one at a time and post the results.
Regards.

I have tried it with three different individual monitors and two didn't show anything and the third one showed my desktop for a few seconds and went black afterwards.

Are you running monitors on dedicated gpu or onboard gpu?
Edit:- Sorry I didn't saw you mentioned it.
Try running the monitor on on board gpu.To do so , remove the 970.And plug the monitor In the display port of the motherboard.

I don't have the option to run the monitor on the motherboard. My cpu has no integrated graphics.
