When I start a game in steam, my internet and steam go down.

I already checked the game cache, and it did not show any damaged file.
Then I went to the site of my motherboard, and I downloaded the LAN driver and installed it, I entered the game and it remains the same without giving.
I now opened the game console and introduced these messages:
