In my office I am using a Core2Duo desktop running Windows 8.0. It is using built in graphics from motherboard. When I switch on the computer the screen displays "Optimum resolution 1366*768" on a blank screen. I cannot even change the resolution because I cannot access the desktop. Kindly help me to resolve this problem.
