Hello everyone,I'll just get right into my problem.
1. I did a very stupid mistake and I have shipped my PC with all components on(also worth to mention it was transported at -2 degrees in the back of a van.
2. I have a Noctua NH-D14 CPU cooler (big one)
3. When the PC arrived it would start without the normal beep and the monitor screen is black ( I have tried both with VGA and HDMI)
4. I realised that the Noctua seemed to be bent and not staying straight so I removed it, manually bent the metal part and put it back.
5. Still black screen. The Qcode error is 00. I have tried to change the 1xDDRAM that I have on different slots,I have removed the graphics card, I did a clearing of CMOS Settings,I removed both my HDD and my SDD, after all this I still get the Qcode error 00 and also the 4 led's of cpu,hdd and so on don't turn red so I can't know what is the problem.
My suspicion is eighter the Motherboard was damaged or the CPU. What do you guys think?

CPU: Intel i7 6700k
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D14
Power Supply: Corsair RM650 80 PLUSGOld, 650W
DDram 1x HyperX Savage Black 8GB, DDR4, 2133MHz, CL13, 1.2V
GPU: GeForce® GTX 980 Ti G1 GAMING, 6GB GDDR5, 384-bit
