I think this depends greatly on your future plans.
If you are going to build it once, use it for several years, and never upgrade anything, 2200g.
Cheap aftermarket cooler, overclock it, be happy. Many many videos on this.
If you are going to add in a good mid range video card later, ( RX580, 1060 6gb, etc)
Then the 2400 g would be better, in the sense that you would have a 4 core 8 thread cpu instead of just 4 cores.
This would give you a considerably longer life out of the core components, across a few upgrades.
