You might be able to save some cash and get a Ryzen 1600 and compatible motherboard (ASRock - AB350 Pro4 is a great board for the price)and it should perform about the same, plus you can overclock the 1600 to close to the boost clock of the 8400.

As far as RAM 8GB is the bare minimum these days for gaming, so if you can find it in your budget get 16GB of the fastest RAM you can afford (3000mhz for Intel or 3200 Ryzen) and make sure you buy it in dual channel, meaning for 8GB two sticks of 4GB and 16 2 sticks of 8GB for best performance.

Ive never heard of that brand of PSU, its one area where bran and model matter. Get a 2017 or later model Corsair 550W CX or CXM Powersupply, they are affordable and good.

the psu is sub par
the ssd is also weak
the 1060 is the 3gb model

I would not pay more than $800
