tnx anyway I understand that expert make mistake sometimes they are only humans

The ASUS H110M-D's memory specs say that if you enable XMP mode the maximum DDR4 memory speed will be limited to a maximum of 2133 MHz. Since you didn't enable XMP mode you will be able to run your DDR4 2400 DIMMs at their rated 2400 MHz speed.

I enabled it and it's still the same clock nothing has change

You are totally worrying yourself over really, nothing. Even whether it was at 2133mhz or 2400mhz, you are not going to see any appreciable difference that is noticeable by YOU no matter what you are doing with your machine. Maybe on a few synthetic benchmarks but in practical application the performance difference will be extremely minimal, if at all. Really, it's great that it is running at it's rated speed, but even if it wasn't, you'd never know the difference.
