Sappphire HD 7950 no vga detected

Hello Community recently i have been having issues only when i play final fantasy 14 online my pc shuts down and when i reboot i got error code no vga detected from the asus m5a97 motherboard so not sure if the video card is going bad or something else thanks in advance

Give us some more details please, does your OS say anything when this happens, or just *poof* black screen?
Sounds like it might be a failing power supply that cannot supply enough power to the video card.

the whole pc shuts down and when i reboot my motherboard asus m5a97 has a long beep followed by three short beeps

might have been overheating pulled it out and was some dust the heat sink ran ffxiv pretty good with a little lag its at it was at 164 f when i shut it down and now at 137 f

still having the same issue when playing a game or watching video it shuts down and on reboot i get error code no vga detected from what the asus m5a97 manual says even though im connected through hdmi
