If you want to choose from those three only, the second one you posted would be best.

Essentially they are all the same builds but each build has a flawback.

I am going to list them here by section, with the first section being common ones and the rest being problems with each build.

Common:

1. PSU's chosen are quite bad. Most are inbuilt into the case or not that great on their own. Definitely need to swap it out.

2. With the 8400, there is no need for a 3rd party cooler, the stock will do. Can save the money for extra costs.

3. This is not really a problem, but all had a DVD drive. Don't know if you need one, but if you do not then you can drop it to save costs.

4. All use 120Gb SSD. If you are really good with space...

So it is basically about an i5-8400 build with Gigabyte DS3H board and a gtx 1060 6GB in all three recommendations. The storage is the same as well 120GB SSD + HDD. Do you need further advice concerning case, cooling and power supply?
My big time favourites are the Seasonics m12 ii 520W or Corsair CX 450W or 550W power supplies. As for the case I would choose a Fractal Design Meshify C and a heavy duty air cooler like the Scythe Mugen 5 or the Thermalright Macho.
Let us know your budget and use case ! Otherwise we will know as little as John Snow.

I guess I summed it up. Let us just concentrate on your needs, what you want to do with the PC. Just Gaming?

4. All use 120Gb SSD. If you are really good with space management, go ahead with this option. But if not, that 120GB will fill up really quickly and will become a headache soon. 240 GB is best bet.

5. All use a Mini ITX mobo for some reason.

Now, specific:
http://www.plonter.co.il/priceoffer_shoppingcart.tmpl?PriceOffer=130792 :

1. I think that is Single Channel RAM. Not good idea to go for single channel with that budget; dual is best.

https://www.tms.co.il/index.php?route=product/configurator_preview&id=11488 :

1. Actually best option out of the three. Only thing I would change is PSU, but not too sure.

http://www.plonter.co.il/priceoffer_shoppingcart.tmpl?PriceOffer=130820

1. Mini Itx Mobo.

2. PSU quite poor.

Here is a substitute build, after converting that currency into USD:

4400 ILS = $1250 USD

This includes an Optical drive because all those builds had one. As well as an OS.

System has 16 gigs of dual channel RAM at 3000Mhz vs the 2400 single channel 8 gb in those builds. Much better PSU and case.

I know import fees are expensive, but if you can find a build in Israel with atleast the same PSU or same caliber PSU, and an SSD of 240 GB, then you should be good.

The processor coolers a ridiculous. Apart from that the power supply is only listed in the tms offer, that one is acceptable, but I am afraid that the other two are just really cheap. So if those are your only options,I would go with the second config and get a better CPU cooler later on.
