From the OP via PM:

"Yes they works when put one at a time and i have legacy bios so cant boot to bios only to cmos settings"

With the slower memory module installed in slot 1 (or A), access your BIOS (CMOS) and make sure the memory speed is set to AUTO (default setting on most systems). Power down the system and install the faster memory into the motherboard. Power on to see if the motherboard can auto-negotiate a compatible settings between the 2 modules.

If not, then the memory is most likely incompatible (won't work).

By the way, down-voting folks who are trying to help you is a good way to get no help. I could care less, but others do.

Sounds like the memory is not compatible with each other. Mixing memory models can cause these sorts of issues.

With both installed, are you able to access your BIOS?

Also, to confirm, do both memory modules work when independently installed (one at a time)?
