It's normal for your system and a game like Fortnite. You are at the minimum requirements level which is enough to run the game, but not to run it smoothly. Really the only "good" specs in your system is the larger than average RAM amount, which won't help in gaming speed.

I'm surprised it even jumps up to 50 on intel graphics. We used to use those 840 G1's at work(upgraded to G3's awhile ago, getting G5's soon). None of these laptops though are intended for gaming. It's a shame they don't have Thunderbolt connections on them or we'd be able to connect an eGPU to them.

It looks like the game is running at a very low resolution, 3D resolution is at 640x360 which seems like that is the game resolution. At that low of a resolution it would be possible to run games on that CPU, but there is just too much processing to do for modern games over just pushing pixels to the screen.
