Hello, I need some help on decition what psu to buy. Priority would be low price, reliability and stableness.
Specs:
CPU: Intel xeon X3450 quad core 2,6ghz
GPU: Nvidia geforce 750ti 2gb without straight power supply
Motherboard: intel dh55hc
RAM: 12gb
The psu I am using right now is micase MI400 400w and more and more often, when i start playing some bigger games, like pubg it decides to shut down, then, after a couple seconds it starts itself, but sometimes struggles to do it. Still pc keeps doing that until it starts normally.
Maybe it could be not psu related problem? Thanks in advance.

I would recommend replacing that no name PSU, not matter the cause. Yes the PSU can cause such problems, if it is unable to properly send the necessary amperage to your video card. I highly doubt that one has enough 12v rail amperage, even for a 750ti. A seasonic built PSU, or a corsair CX450m/550m/650m would be good options for you.

Definitely sounds like PSU issue. If they are not a known brand then the chances are high they are horrible. Switch it out asap.
