I havent seen any affects that might be caused from this like BSODS or freezing. All stable. Intel diagnostic tool passing. Memtest86 no errors. IHC memtest no errors. Either way should i be concerned of that error or its false positive?

Lots of these errors out there (Googled it) on assorted systems for minor parity tests/failure, etc....

I'd not lose sleep over it, but, you can try testing an extended period of time with just one RAM stick then the other, if you think there might be a very intermittent minor RAM issue....
