Hello Community!

I have an Aerocool Dreambox setup with 3 Drives and an SSD
For the Windows+all progs i use a Kingston 250GB SSD
For the Profile (Doc,Downloads,App cache etc) i use a 1TB Caviar Blue
For the movies i use a WD Green in an USB 3.0 dock as it is used rarely.

I am planning to extend that setup and replace a HGST? (something from my old laptop) 500GB drive and divert the steam and origin library for it.

I am considering a WD Black. between the 3,5 and 2,5" version the only mentionable difference is the cache as i have read. Out of the Dreambox setup the 2,5" would look better with the others in correlation. Is there the 3,5" a much better option for gaming storage or is the 2,5 version enough?
Or should i go RAID0 with 2 of the same HDDs with lower storage? (i dont really need anything more than 1TB)
Or are there any other drive options i should check for this purpose?

PS: My RIG contains an MSI 990FXA Gaming+FX-6300Black and 12GB of DDR3 RAM with a GTX 960 if these infos are needed for the answer.
