Motherboard package not sealed? Normal?

I bought a ASUS ROG STRIX z3170 e gaming motherboard and a ROG STRIX 105ti OC.
Everything in the GPU package was sealed but nothing in t motherboard package was sealed. It looks new and I don't appear to find slight scratches and fingerprints (which happened very frequently when I was building on the mobo). HOWEVER, there was 2~3 bent pins at the bottom right where all the front io cables go. I straightened them with a screwdriver and the bent pins didn't affect me because i didn't need to use them. There was a slight bug when the mobo couldn't detect one o my 2 ram sticks but other than that everything seems to work fine. First time builder so not exactly sure what to look out for.

There are similar people who experienced this, and after searching for unboxing videos, I noticed that they don't have a seal either. Now I'm just curious if you guys have similar experience or do I need to return the mobo?

All the new boards I've gotten have a factory-logo'd tape strip closing the anti-static bag.
The bent pins are suspicious too, unless you might have inadvertently done that unpacking the board. I kinda suspect Newegg shipped you an open-box item; maybe by mistake.

Bought it off a British site: ebuyer.com
Required a lot of force straightening the pins so I don't think I might have accidentally bent it without feeling a lot of resistance.
