GPU OC Green Screen

I have 4 different MSI Afterburner profile settings for my GPU overclock. They are each stable during Heaven bench.

However, the two most aggressive profiles will result in a green screen lock up (with audio micro loop (RIP Ears)) whilst playing Witcher 3.

Does a 'green screen' crash signify anything particular? It's always that same style of crash.

And, What tools can i use to further investigate what the exact issue is? debug report type things?

FWIW Stock is 965/1400 and anything above 1140/1480. becomes unstable on Witcher 3. I still have lee-way on the Voltage (currently +75). I was running her +100, but the tepms were settling at 75C, removing that margin of voltage means she instead runs at 72C.

I guess the Witcher 3 is akin to torture for a 2GB GPU :D (I am at 60fps mainly with some areas dipping into low 40's.)
