i5-4670 for gaming/streaming, is it time to upgrade?

Is the i5-4670 still a decent cpu for gaming and streaming or is it time for me to start looking for an upgrade? I don't think it's a bottleneck on my GTX 970, but I'm not positive. Thanks in advance!

Specs:
CPU: i5-4670 @ 3.40Ghz
GPU: GTX 970
RAM: 16gb
Motherboard: MSI H81M-P33

Relevant for gaming, yes.
Gaming AND streaming, nope. You need an I7, or other multithreaded cpu.
Cheapest option, is to get an I7 4790. It's on the same socket as your current cpu, so no need to change anything else.
More expensive is a Ryzen 1600 or I5 8400 build.
