Can I connect TV speakers to my mobo?

I have a pair of speakers gutted from a 32” Insignia Roku TV.
The speakers have a small 4-pin connector.
I was wondering if it is possible to connect these to my motherboard, a Gigabyte G1.Sniper H6.
The mobo has a connection marked “F Audio”, with 10 pins. I can fit the speaker connector into this but nothing happens.
What sort of connector would I require to make this work?

Solution
To drive speakers, you will need an amplifier as motherboard audio is only designed to drive headphones at most and that amplifier will usually take its signal from the line-out connector on the rear IO panel.

The "F Panel" connector is likely for the front audio connections most semi-recent cases have.

BTW, bare speakers without an enclosure for bass reflex and separating the front from back usually sound horrible.
