GTX 970 4gb Founders Edition or the EVGA GTX 960 2GB FTW Dual ACX cooler,

I've heard the 970 has a problem with its VRAM and it's not a good video cards due to that, the 960 it's way cheaper, but the question is, is it better than the 970 with its VRAM problem or the 970 founders edition it's a powerful card? i need to clarify this :(

The GTX 970 has a similar performance as the 1060 6GB, with a touch higher power draw. I do not know much about the VRAM issues, if there are any.
In case you are buying used, ask for a possibility of running benchmarks on the card and go with the 970!

The 970 is a higher end card. Think of the 960 like a 1050 Ti with only 2gb vram, while a 970 is like a 1060. The specific model differences are that the 970 has the FE cooler, while the FTW 960 is EVGA's top of the line for their 960 offerings.

If it's more power and performance you care most about, you want the 970.

I see, i also have the choice of this one: ASUS strix nvidia geforce gtx 970 4GB, ive been jumping from one GPU to the other looking for the best one according to my budget! so i already disregarded the 960, which one of these two in the best one? Founders edition or the Asus Strix

I see, i also have the choice of this one: ASUS strix nvidia geforce gtx 970 4GB, ive been jumping from one GPU to the other looking for the best one according to my budget! so i already disregarded the 960, which one of these two in the best one? Founders edition or the Asus Strix
