Looking for CPU cooler

Dear all
I am currently seeking for a new CPU cooler. My requirements are:
Am4 compatible
Less than 60 USD
Capability to overclock my 1600x a little bit
Not too noisy

So I did a bit of research beforehand and narrowed it down to either the scythe mugen 5 or the Arctic 33 (maybe esports Version, mostly for aesthetic purposes).
I also looked at the cooler master hyper 212 evo but tbh, finding that kit to fit it on an am4 is a pain in the ass... Same goes for the Arctic freezer a32...

Any thoughts?

Here's a CPU cooler tier list. The H7, 33 and the Gammaxx 400 are tier 6. The 33 eSports is tier 5 though.
The list is based on out-of-the-box cooling performance, which means they perform pretty much the same.

So I'd go for whatever is cheapest if you don't care about aesthetics.

Honestly betweem those 2 I doubt you'll see any difference performance wise at all due tl the limited overclocking potential the ryzen chips have & the fact they dont really run that hot anyway.

aesthetically the ac33 esports does look nice if thats your thing.

Fly in the ointment to me though is the deepcool gammax 400 which is generally half the price, takes about 10 seconds to fit & once again will perform roughly the same.

Is the cryorig better? I thought the 6 heapipes of the mugen would beat those 3 of the cryorig...
I know the two I picked are very similar. That's why I asked for alternatives/opinions. The Arctic has a passive mode though which I like while again, I think the mugen can deal with excessive heat better.

Thank you for that list.
The cryorig is pretty much the same price as the mugen but doesn't have an am4 adapter (same for the gammaxx 400).
Also according to that list the mugen is slightly better than cryorig.
I just wonder why there's such few information about the Arctic line... There is hardly anyone testing them

Yeah. I don't want to bother looking around for it. It's quite a hustle here....
I think I'll go for the i33 or i33 esports. It's quite cheap and has passive / very low energy consumption

But that bracelet costs extra and it's difficult to get where I live.
Tbh I actually start to doubt all those tests. In one test the cryorig h7 is about 8 degrees cooler than the Arctic 33, the website says 4 warmer. I mean at least the temperature differences between the models should be similar, shouldn't it?
On tomshardware is a comparison between gammaxx and i32, the previous model. It seems quite even and the 33 is better than 32 according to some websites.
However I just feel like it won't make much of a difference in the end and I'm putting way too much effort in this part...
