In windowed and borderless my games run as fine as they used to but for the past week or so my games have just been chunking down to 22 in fullscreen and only in fullscreen.
For reference my GPU is a GeForce GTX 970, using driver version 391.01 (but the problem persisted two drivers prior). CPU is an i5 3550, motherboard is a gigabyte b75m-d3h, have 16gb RAM, running Windows 10. It's been happening in every game but outside of that there's been no notable issues in browsing or anything of the sort. If there's any other information that'll help please let me know, but I haven't been able to find a solution through googling that's been effective.
