How is this for a gaming+streaming and video editing build?

I edit with Vegas and stream with obs

Gaming and streaming, you might be alright depending on what resolution you want to stream at... For video editing, I would reccomend a GPU and CPU upgrade both. I don't know about Vegas, but I know Premiere Pro or After Effects absolutely EAT resources. (I have a 6700k, 32gb DDR4, and 1080 and I am maxed completely when rendering.)
