That is a decent price for the Maker 5 and a good deal for the Primo that phases out the market. The latter has acrylic side panel and more versatile radiator mounting possibilities. The former has glass side panel, and the largest radiator you can fit into that is 280mm.
Both are great cases. If you have no special needs go with the one that has the better looks according to your personal taste.
