with OS it is slightly above a thousand, but if you have a windows licence you can use, you are still within budget.

So the answer is yes, both rigs can do it. The one I suggested is more responsible and loads maps faster thanks to the ssd, delivers 70-80 frames in Fortnite. volkgren´s that I already upvoted gives you 120 frames per second, even 60 in AAA titles but comes with an ordinary HDD.
