Hello there
I decided to get a new PC for 1'700€ but I have few questions.
Build:

GPU: MSI GTX 1080 Armor 8G OC
CPU: i7 8700K
Cooler for CPU: NOCTUA NG-D15
MOBO: MSI Z370M Gaming Pro AC
RAM: Kingston 16GB KIT DDR4 3200MHz CL16 HyperX Predator series
Storage: SSD: 120 Kingston SSDnow HDD: 2TB Some older hdd's that I've been for few years
Case: Zalman Z9 NEO PLUS Midi Tower with 5 stock 120mm coolers
PSU: Seasonic IS12 620W
+I want to overclock CPU for atleast 4GHz

Now my questions are:
Is this build fine or should I get something else for this price ?
Will 620W be enough for this build ?
Will it fit in Midi tower case with that CPU Cooler ?
Wouldn't it sound like helicopter with that noctua and 5 coolers on case +2 coolers on GPU?
https://pcpartpicker.com/ said that my case doesn't have USB 3.0 in front panel and that mobo does. Do I need care about this when I don't need USB 3.0 ?
Isn't that noctua an overkill ?

Solution

No there will be no problems at all.
But if you are still concerned that it wouldn't fit in your case get this one:

And with 5 fans it wont get loud :p Those fans have low DBs ratings.
Enjoy your gaming pc!

Lol sorry, where are you from? I asked you this question to upgrade the parts if possible if one of your question isn't compactible with your build.
That is what just wanted to ask you :p
Dont be rude :)
As for your question the 620W is fine.
The cooler should be also fine but im not sure.
As for the 3.0 USB there will be no problems your motherboard has on the back usb 3.0 and your case has in front USB 2.0.
¨ edgy bastards¨ c'mon dude we just want to help you if you do this nobody will help you then.

I thought this was an insult so I replied agressively
I am really sorry.

and for your questions,
I live in slovakia and yes, I'm building PC first time altough I have a little experience.
I did some digging on the internet but still had some question that I wanted ask especially about that cooler because this one is pretty rare.
