Follow these instructions

Use the tool to make the USB drive, and then reboot to that drive. When you get to the step about partitioning, DELETE any partitions you may have, and then Create a NEW partition on the drive of the full size it allows.

Have you actually plugged the monitor into your GPU or is it plugged into the motherboard?

Also please be patient we are having some issues with the forum software, if you post and it doesn't immediately work just wait. I just had to delete 10 copies of this post.

I wasn't asking if the board was working, I'm asking, are you 100% sure your monitor cable is plugged into a port on the GT 1030? Also to Confirm you are running Windows 10 64 Bit?

Next please download the latest Windows 10 driver:

https://www.geforce.com/drivers/results/131974

Before installing it, run DDU to eliminate any video drivers for your old GPU from the system

http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html

Then install the new driver you downloaded above.

Ok then follow the rest of my instructions. use DDU to clear out any old Nvidia drivers you have, and then download and install the driver i linked.

That is your system? Because if so you're trying to use a REALLY old version of the driver, which is likely your problem (download the one I linked)

If not, then I would believe your card may be defective. I'm assuming you just got it, and you can exchange it.

I'm working under the assumption you have a fully updated version of Windows, however if it has not been updated that could cause issues for you with some hardware. Did you not download the most recent updates?

So today i tried to update my windows but it says failed to update also i had figured out whole problem and it is that my gpu is named as basic display adapter under device manager and what i had to do is to install drivers and so i tried it as well but it is not installing it .....
What i am planning to do is to downgrade my win to 7 but don't know how to do it can you explain me how can i install win7 and remove win10 completely? By USB drive

Downgrading to Windows 7 for a display adapter that was designed for Windows 10 is not going to help you. Also if you do not own a Windows 7 license (which you no longer do since you upgraded to Win 10) its too late to downgrade.

If you can't update your Windows 10 your system has bigger problems. You should consider backing up your data and wiping the system and reinstalling Windows 10 from a USB. You can create a fully updated Windows 10 USB installer here
