Hi.
My pc has been slowing down gradually and i've tried everything there is to try. My boot time before was 20 seconds. Now its 30 seconds. Also Opening chrome is slower basically everything is slower. Also games are about 45% slower <e.g. game was running at 120 fps now it runs at 70>. I don't know what to do. I clean junk files every day and do my best. Doing anything my CPU is at 50% and it never goes over. Ram stays at 65% and GPU at 80% max. Also NO component goes over 40 degrees C.
My specs:
Intel i5 3470 clocked at 3.2 ghz <3.6 turbo>
2x 250 Gb SSD and HDD
4 Gb ram <sad>
GeForce GTX 730
Windows 10 Pro x64
Maybe the ram is the problem but it dosent go high.
