Solution
Well i found another budget gaming pc.
The GTX 750 TI is faster than the GT 1030.
If you want more FPS overclock the graphics card with MSI Afterburner and search on Youtube tutorial on how to overclock.
Everything is new except the motherboard, this one was the cheapest that i could find. Don't worry it works perfectly.

The i5 2400 Quad core CPU...
Who suggested that build? The CPU isn't compatible with the motherboard.

The G4560 is compatible with DDR4 RAM, and perhaps DDR3L RAM (not DDR3 RAM).
https://ark.intel.com/products/97143/Intel-Pentium-Processor-G4560-3M-Cache-3_50-GHz

The motherboard is for LGA 775 CPUs, whereas the G4560 is LGA 1151.
https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P5G41TM_LX/specifications/

Assassin's Creed: Origins which is known to be CPU intensive. I suspect even if you have the compatible components for the G4560 the performance for the game would be disappointing.
https://overclock3d.net/reviews/software/assassin_s_creed_origins_pc_performance_review/6

At the very least, wait for other suggestions for that budget; but do not get those components.

it really helped thnx

bt um my budget is quite low im afraid....i have no chance of increasing it too

its my brothers pc he wont allow me to put used parts.....i have to use the newer ones

so..nw i have to change the motherboard too or is there any good processor that i can use with same mobo

nd i can manage a gt 1030 only bcuz here in india its quite cheap (90$)..atleast cheaper than the other ones

then the ram i already have a 4gb ddr3 ram .. i thought of replacing it....bt with this mobo issue ...i think i can only add up another 4gb ram..

p.s: the parts u have suggested are really good nd quite cheap too(free shipping)
and if there is no go (fr new parts)..i think i really would go fr the parts u have told

obakasama .......really sorry .....im a new user.... i didnt know that ..that arrow was fr voting.........sorry again

nd really i would remove it if i know how to...

also,thnx fr ur advice too

Don't worry about it. I did that by accident myself (a mod told me they can't be removed, only countered).

Is the motherboard you mention in your original post your brother's? The best CPU it can support is the Q9650.
https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P5G41TM_LX/HelpDesk_CPU/

According to Tom's CPU hierarchy the Q9650 is on the same tier as the i5-2400s (minimum CPU requirement for Assassin's Creed: Origins):
http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/cpu-hierarchy,4312.html

However, a bit of searching suggests the Q9650 may not be able to run the game as it's missing some instruction sets. So it looks like a tricky situation you're in.

Looking at budgetgamer12345's suggestion, if you already have 8GB of DDR3 RAM, you could follow their suggestion for the CPU and motherboard. If the money you have can cover those and the GT 1030, then it could be an option.

Only problem then is Windows....

I have a Windows 10... (probably not the original version).. Bt.. Then.... There is the overclocking issues... With old i5 processors.. My brother asks what if it doesn't work well... Nd abt the mobo too...Gigabyte - GA-H110M-A Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard (new) quite cheaper than the biostar tp75 mobo..... So nw..... Im completely comfused...

These were my bro's suggestions :
Intel g4560
Msi b 250m or gigabyte h110m nd to upgrade bios
Ddr4 ram 4gb
Gt 1030

Nd with the suggestions of budgetgamer... These are my choices
Intel i5 2500k
Mobo biostar tp75
Ram ddr3 4 gb(i already have another 4gb)
Nd gtx 750ti (old)...

What should i do nw?

I'll be honest, since I'm a budget gamer myself, there are some games you can't play on a budget. Look at it this way, if you could play all games on a budget then why would anyone buy the more expensive components?

And Assassin's Creed Origins is a perfect example of a game made for higher end gaming components. The open world, the amount of objects, and view distance all place large demands on the computer.

If you're set on trying it anyways then I'd say a quad core, i5 2400 or newer, is the starting point. Then put as much money as you can in the videocard. The RX 550, which you didn't mention, and the GT 1030 are too slow for this type of game. A GTX 750 Ti is the minimum you should even consider. A DDR3 system is preferred since DDR4 ram costs too much these days and you already have some DDR3.

As dontlistentome mentions budget gaming is a compromise. I had an x4 760k and GTX 750ti for many years, but I wasn't that interested in newer games. So it worked okay for slightly older titles with lower settings.

The way forward seems to be using what components you already have and then building a system around them as best you can. Rather than having suggestions for now, I would suggest listing what components you have available to build a PC then others can perhaps find a build with those parts in mind.

Well... Thnx.. Dntlistentome and obakasama...perhaps nw i think i should compromise.....
My pc has these... (i confused what to tell abt it.. So im telling everything)

Good sound system(realtek)
Windows 10 64bit
450w psu
4gb ram
Hard disk 500gb
Cons:
No graphics card
775 socket motherboard
Pentium dual core
... Thats it i guess
Nw plz hlp me build a gud budget gaming pc
Budget 15k rs or 230$
P. S:to play if not origins... Thn a syndicate or unity or blackflag atleast(cuz i love ssassins creed)
Nd thnx in advance

Hm...

http://gamesystemrequirements.com/game/assassins-creed-rogue
http://gamesystemrequirements.com/game/assassins-creed-iv-black-flag

Both Rogue and Black Flag have an LGA 775 CPU as their minimum spec. Depending on the motherboard model you have it is theoretically possible to upgrade to a Q9650 (would need to know motherboard model to be certain though). This way you should be able to play some of the older Assassin's Creed games with a better CPU, graphics card, and perhaps some additional RAM depending on prices. You'd also keep your current copy of Windows. I still suspect performance wouldn't be that great but depending on your monitor resolution, it might be okay.

I would suggest checking the motherboard model (something like HWMonitor will help here). Knowing this would make it possible to check which CPUs are officially supported.

See what the prices for the suggested upgrades are to see if they fit your budget. From past experience the prices in Rupees are vastly different to the US and UK.

That would be how I would go about it to minimise cost anyway. See if others have further recommendations.

Wait i will search for you parts under 230$.
You live in India right?

What parts do you need, so i can search for those parts instead building a whole new pc.
What parts do you already have?
Also the 775 motherboard is useless now i will search for LGA 1151 motherboards.

Edit: what is your PSU model? does it has 6 pin or molex connectors?
Do you have a case?

No this is not right....
I still own a GTX 660 TI which it is older than the GTX 750 TI and i have still Nvidia updates the latest what i got is the 391.24 version which it is the latest from Nvidia.

One trick for budget gaming is to keep the resolution low. 720 will play much better than 1080P, and old flat screen TVs can make big screen monitors for this.
I'm seeing QX9650 listed for that MB here.
http://www.cpu-upgrade.com/mb-ASUS/P5G41T-M_LX3.html
This should allow an overclock to 3.6-4GHz depending on the cooling. A GTX 1050 would be much better than the 750, but I understand it may be out of reach. The GTX750 is a good card at 720P, it can run 1080P to some extent. But people are asking way too much for such an old card so 1030 may be as good as it gets.

Either way older cards are going to have trouble playing newer games due to lack of support for newer APIs.
