Iam using fx8530 4.2 ghz proc for about 3 years i had the same problem 7 months ago and took it to the service they just change the thermal paste ,iam experiencing the same problem again,also using the hyper 212 evo

Maybe is the same issue. That could happen with very cheap thermal paste.
Have you checked your CPU temps?
You could use one of several free apps to monitor your system.
