Maybe is the same issue. That could happen with very cheap thermal paste.
Have you checked your CPU temps?

Even under load the FX8350 should not go beyond 60°C
The Hyper 212 Evo is a pretty good heatsink, so it might need to be seated properly.
Is the computer case ventilated?
