you can make a single PC that has three Operating systems and boot into each - one at a time.
you can run virtual PC's under a host at the same time. windows host and linux and other OS in a virtual machine
I know of no way to partition a motherboard to run three separate OS instances simultaneously and independently. meaning three screens and three mice and three keyboards with three users.
