How to get key folders onto a wiped HDD

I recently bought a 120GB SanDisk 120GB SSD, installed windows on it, then wiped my hard drive as I was told to. But now is there anyway to get all of the basic folders back? e.g. program files x86. I copied and pasted the program files from my SSD onto my HDD so I was able to download programs. But I have changed the location of the SSD Documents, Downloads and Pictures to the D drive (my hard drive) but I'm just curious, as I wiped my hard drive, will I have to reinstall windows onto the hard drive to get all basic folders back or did I go wrong somewhere?

Solution
1. The HDD secondary drive does not need nor want folders specifically name "Program Files" or whatever.
You can install applications on whichever drive you want, in whatever folder you want.

2. You can't just copy/paste the "Program Files" folder from the SSD to the HDD and have whatever is in there actually work properly.

But now, you've wiped the HDD.
So its now just one blank space, correct? So then use it.

You should have copied all the old data you wanted to keep from your HDD elsewhere before wiping the HDD. If you did a quick-format, you should still be able to recover most files using one of the various "undelete" tools out there. If you did a full-format, then you are very much screwed.

I heard that once you have windows on your SSD, you can just wipe your HDD and just put anything onto there and you don't need any program files or anything

Failing to do full image backups before wiping the HDD, you could have at least, before wiping the HDD, used a migration/transfer program that have been proven to migrate most if not all 3rd party programs from drive X to drive Y. Be aware that full image backups reliability almost always trumps migration reliability.
