So I just built my friend his first pc. Everything works fine, his hard drive pins being slightly bent, but even that works properly. Anyways, I installed windows 10 and i plug in the ethernet cable only to be greeted with a message saying the network is unidentified.

I'm confused because i built myself a pc 6 months ago and i didnt have this problem at all, I am using the same network for the newly built pc. I've tried changing the speed and duplex and I've tried setting the network value 1234567890AB and continued on in the command prompt.

I have also tried using another internet connection we have in the house, however that one came up as unidentified as well. (it was also a ethernet connection. so if anybody could get to me with solutions as soon as possible, because i have to have this done by friday, that would be great. I did download the drivers on the flashdrive and theyre on the pc however for some reason i cant replace the current ones.
