Hello, i've got an Orion Telekom internet with 10/2 packet about 10 ping on speedtest. But in games it goes from 100 to 200. If u ever played games u know how much it "hurts" to play with high MS. It's literally the worst thing ever. I contacted Riot Games (Support team of League of Legends) Gave them some informations, upload photos of netalyzr and pingplotter. Took me a while. They said it's something wrong with my ISP. Contacted my ISP, they said everything is okay. I really dont know what to do... Please help me.
Thank you Veljko

Forgot to mention. Im using the 15 meters long cable from my PC to Router. Used wifi adapter for a long time but i hoped the cable would fix the problem. But it doesn't seem so.

You likely are going to have to learn to read the pingplot results yourself so you can explain to the ISP why it actually IS their problem. The guy at the game company likely is correct since he would have told you if he though it was inside your house....it still is not his problem so he would have no reason to mislead you.

There are a number of article that talk about how to read tracert and pingplot. But pretty much the first hop that shows problems tends to be the cause.

The issue may be though that the problem is not in the direct connection between your house and the ISP and that is likely what the ISP tested. Problems farther into their network are harder to get fixed. It can even be in a different ISP.

Also be aware...

Also be aware the ping time is a measure of distance. If you are using servers in a country far away from you it may just be a distance issue. It is not uncommon to get well over 100ms going from the EU to the USA.
