Greetings!
It all started when i tried to use AOMEI software to merge small-sized partitions to extend my main partition with them, but something happened and i manually -by mistake- cancelled the process and the main partition -not including the partitions i was merging- got into RAW mode,i restarted my pc and it turned back to NTFS mode but its access is still denied.I tried...:
1-Adding a user in the security tab that has full control, now i can access the drive but no files work in it (like songs, videos and photos don't run even programs) like if they are corrupted, all of them.
2-i made a back up of its files to another clean drive then formatted that drive then restored them to it again, the drive worked fine before restoring them! But it turned to NTFS with denied access again after restoration.
I hope anyone could help me access my files without having any problem to open or play them, anything but not formatting them.Thank you.

What do you mean? I can access every and each folder in there, but none works, like if i tried to install a program "its exe.file was there before what happened" it gives me an error as it no longer works, and so with pics and videos.

If you've merged partitions and moved things around, drive letters have been changed.
An application won't work it is now in a different drive letter or partition.

And then what happened?
Backups, formatting, etc, etc, etc.

I'm thinking things are not in the same place or drive letter where they used to be?

They are in the same place, the drive letter is the same ,i don't have a back up and as i said i don't intend to format it, i haven't messed with these files that much except making a user that has full control, that is it.
