AF or SP fans?

AF style fans would be better, since you arent pushing air through something extremely restrictive like a radiator.
The front panel/any HDD rack is not restrictive enough for SP to matter.

Aerocool Dead Silence VS Corsair AF?

On paper the Aerocool seem better, more airflow at a lower sound level.
Ill admit, fans arent exactly my area of expertise, but I doubt you can go wrong with something like those.
