Normally you'd buy a key, however Enterprise editions are for large businesses and only come in volume liscenses(doubt you need or want to pay for multiple licenses). For a single system you should buy home or pro edition(depending on what features you need) and do a reinstall as you can't go from Enterprise to Home or Pro.
