So my psu burned and lighted out and I need new psu. Under 60 Euro which psu would be best for quality and price . I've looked internet and found these and I'm wondering which one to choose. My rig recommend is 560W with load and gaming sessions combined.

go seasonic usually a good brand the corsairs can be hit or miss tho either brand will work as good as each other. Go with the best Quality PSU you can bronze silver or above when buying for best reliability & power efficientcy.

Also look at user feedback.

This is a 450W unit but seems to have good feedback (the 2015 model not older) for the price:

I know you said "560W" but most PSU calculators I've seen are off. I generally just try to find the CPU power under load (at same overclock if applicable) and add that to the same for the graphics card as a worst-case and see if it's under 80% of the max 12V rail rating.

So if it was 110W + 250W that would be 400W and 450W would be fine... assuming closer to 300W in normal gaming.

For the older, group regulated designs the Seasonic S12-II/M12-II was pretty much the psu of standard to beat. Other psus were either better or worse. There weren't all that many better compared to the amount that were worse. It's considerably better than the VS.
