Random freezes after flashing my bios

Hi, I've just flashed my bios two days ago ( was pretty out of date..about 2 years) and since my pc freezes randomly even the reset button does not work. For now it has not happened in heavy load only while watching streams and youtube and my temps are good. I'm running an i5-2500k oc 4.4ghz with an Asus p8z68-v lx. I've overclocked the same way I did before..even took photos before flashing to be sure of doing the same thing.

You should never update bios, unless the update addresses some specific issue you are trying to resolve.
Asus P8 board: I recommend replacing it w/ a non-asus board.
I used Asus bios updates:
They caused major problems, every time. Never worked right, ever.
