Upgrading my low budget PC

I'm thinking about improving my home PC, my current specifications are:

CPU: Intel 4560 3.5 Ghz
MOBO: MSI B250M pro V-H
Ram: 8GB
PSU: 530W
CURRENT GPU: xfx RX560 4gb

I do not usually be very demanding with the fps, I only play after returning from work so it's use would be quite low.
I would like to play titles like Nfs: Payback, Far Cry 4, Project Cars 2, Overwatch, and also some new games.

My budget is 400U $ D (I live in Argentina, so the prices are a bit different)
I have in mind to get an MSI RX480 88g. I know, the CPU is very weak for this gpu but I plan to improve it later.

What do you think about this gpu, do you think my idea is good?

Thank you very much.

An RX 480 isn't actually that much faster than the 560, i'd say it about matches an RX 570 because of architectural improvements and stuff. If you can get the budget up for an RX 570 or 580 thats probably the better route.

Yeah, there "basically" the same. The 500 cards are pretty much the same as the 400 variants, except there's an improvement architecturally, the 500 cards have way better overclocking and higher boost clocks than the 400 cards. In practice the 500 cards are faster with good cooling. A good aftermarket 480 and a good after market 570 are fairly similar, the 480 is a bit slower than the 580 unless the 480 is overclocked, that being said the 580 overclocks much better and can run way faster overclocked. I would say try and get a 500 series card and overclock it.
