1)my dell e1914h 18.5 inch (worst)monitor to a new rl 2455.
Or
2)my CPU from fx 6300 black edition to i5 6500.o r suggest any good1 under 230 dollar (which should support ddr3 ram)
3)Rx 460 4gb to Gigabyte GTX 1060 windforce 3gb .
Ik many of you will say that I should get a CPU or a gpu .But just remember that my monitor is bad.Cpu buying is ok for me too I guess.not interested much in gpu but u know better.

Solution
Before we go far, here are some thoughts:
- There are only very few mobo which support I5 6500 and DDR3. The supported DDR3 is also not the usual DDR3 but only the DDR3L. The chance that you can use your old DDR3 along with I5 6500 is quite small.
The only way to keep your DDR3 for sure is only to get I5/7 4xxx. The upgrade from FX6300 to I5 4xxx is already quite good.
Just keep in mind, the performance jump might not be worth the effort and cost.
- RX460 to 1060 3GB, on 1060 3gb, you should get abouut 50% more fps on the same game and settings, assuming the proc is not holding back. the upgrade is quite good.

hmmm...with such limited budget, between cpu and gpu? I would go for the GPU first
