Graphic card bends slightly under its own weight.

Good day, i recently bought a msi gtx 1060 6Gb armor, and i've noticed that since it's quite heavy it's slightly bent when installed on the motherboard. Is that something i should be worried about? I already folded a piece of cardboard and reinforced it with some tape and put it under the gpu just to substain it a little bit because i just doesn't feel right to have it bending.

Here's a solution for boards w/out reinforced slots and yes it works, I use it and works great: https://mnpctech.com/gpu-support-bracket/

There are other alternatives out there and may be had for cheaper to include eBay... There are also stanchion types as well I've seen, if case-space is an issue.

It's pretty normal for that to happen with heavier cards, nothing to be worried about unless it's a really extreme case! Have you got any pictures of the bending/sagging?

It happens with my GTX 970, but I've found that putting the power cables above the card helps slightly (like this). Anyway, the bending is usually just a cosmetic issue, but I can't say for your case without seeing it.

That doesn't sound like a healthy thing. The mount on the case side should straighten it up. If the whole card is bending/warping I can imagine it could be a bad thing for its cooling as the heatsink might come lose off the processors and memory modules. If it's just "hanging" down a bit, maybe try reseating it completely, make sure the lock on the inside end of its connector clicks in properly and make sure the locks/screws on the case side is properly tightened.
