Oke, so I'm going to buy a new CPU cooler, I saw that the Cooler Master Hyper 212X was in sale on Amazon for 30 euro's. First, is this a good combi? Second, if I'm going to buy this cooler and install it. Do I have to get the whole motherboard out of the case, or is it possible to do this while the motherboard is inside the case?

Solution
Cryorig H7 is slightly better. Unless that 5 euro is really going to bug you. (it is 35 Euro, Amazon EU anyways)

And no you don't need to uninstall the motherboard to install the cooler as long as you can get to the front and back of if to install the cooler and the brace, which many (most if not all if i'm not mistaken) cases allow for the side panels to be removed for access to the back of the motherboard where the brace will go.

No, if the price difference is more than 5 Euro. The Cryorig will only cool about 3 degrees better than the CM so if the price is not almost the same or very slightly more the 212x is better. Just make sure it is the 212X, the Cryorig H7 is significantly better than the 212 Evo.
