Fifa 14 working on amd R5 430 while fifa 15 working on integrated graphics. why?

I recently installed Fifa 14 and 15 on my lenovo laptop. While running them, fifa 14 worked flawlessly while fifa 15 experienced many lags. On checking the amd radeon settings, I got to know that Fifa 14 is running on my 2gb amd R5 m430 graphic card while fifa 15 was running on integrated graphics( amd R6 512 mb). How can I change this? i want to play fifa 15 without any lags.
Please help asap.

install the latest graphics drivers (lenovo homepage)

then try this in the AMD radeon settings

The video link you provided is too old. The new radeon settings do not have amd catalyst. Therefore it wasn't of any help.

Which Lenovo model is it?
maybe this one?

use this amd driver and install the power management software

eventually update the BIOS
