So, PC was working perfectly no problems at all. But today it didn't boot. Played with ram slot / sticks and it won't boot with second stick, "first one" works fine. MemOK! didn't fix it. It is really wired that it happened randomly.. I have no idea what happened.. RAM couldn't have died during night , when PC was off..

Motherboard: Asus Z77-V LX
RAM: G.SKILL ARES 16gb (2x8 / 2133mhz)
CPU: I7-3770

Any help will be appreciated.

Is it the P8Z77-V LX?

so it´s booting with only one stick? check both RAM sticks in the first slot with memtest86.org. Use the usb autoinstaller and boot from it

the recommended configuration should be DIMM A2 and DIMM B2 for two sticks. Where were the two installed before you changed it?

reset the bios by clrtc jumper (have a look at the manual how to)

does the power supply fan spin while not booting? which power supply is it?

any blinking on the screen while oc wants to boot? Is the ASUS post screen visible while not booting or anything else on the motherboard?
Does it beep?
