Hello , i need some help.today i was trying to move my computer around and suddenly i accidentally shaked the whole pc case , the display went garbage then suddenly blacked out (i can send a screenshot but i don't know where to upload)the graphics card's fans are spinning upon boot. i don't know if this is a faulty gpu issue because it happened before , when i move the pc and shake it very lightly, the display on the gpu will disconnect but reconnect after restarting, also, when trying to fix it, , i tried to move the gpu slighly up and downards in the pci (to the point that it wont be stressed and physically damaged) and the display came back, but once i arranged the pc again and tried to stand it up (it was on the ground when i was trying to fix) i had a little bump and the display went garbage and black again, i tried re aligning it again and doing the previous method but the display never came back. , i have confirmed that this is only a GPU/PCI issue because the onboard graphics and the pc is booting and fine. as of now i am using the pc to type this as i ask for help and i disconnected the graphics card from my pc, i have tried the eraser method in which u would clean the pins of the gpu but i still have no luck, i have also tried cleaning it via alchohol (the pins look very clean from the start, it is only one year old, its a PALIT GTX 1060 3gb). i don't know if it still has warranty but i cannot confirm if the problem is the PCI slot itself or the Graphics card has the problem. i hope you guys can help as i cannot troubleshoot because i dont have an extra motherboard or an extra GPU to test it out as i am very short on money right now. i also make sure that the gpu is properly attached to the pci slot and properly screwed and the pins on the powersupply are attached correctly.

EDIT:
i have also tried re connecting and disconnecting the DVI port and using a different cable like HDMI everytime i reinstall the graphcis card but still no luck.

EDIT:
i also have tried DDU to clean uninstall NVIDIA drivers but still no luck.

MY SPECS:
ASUS H81M-D
G3250
GTX 1060 3gb
12GB RAM
2x HDD
1x SSD (OS)
500w PSU

Solution
Sure, only need two pins in the connector to still work for the fan to spin--one power and one ground.

The PCIe connector is typically only rated for 50 insertions. Unsurprisingly, copper springs yield and stay permanently bent quite easily.

Contact cleaner like Cramolin or Deoxit can help the contacts work at lower pressure by cleaning oxides, or sometimes you can screw in the card tilted slightly off-center to put a little more tension on the contacts--if you do this and it works, don't touch it again.

So you mean if the PCI is busted the fans can still run? the only thing that bugs me is that i didn't really bump the whole pc to the point that the components would be fried dead its only a mild sensitive bump. the pci OR the gpu seems very fragile if thats the case and it would leave me curious if the gpu/pci would be dead instantly if that's the case. :(

Update: i did what you said and still no luck, i don't know about any of these cleaners so i didn't bother buying them, i tried the eraser method in my gpu again but the gpu still put up no display. im really losing hope, i still cannot identify if it is a gpu or a pci problem, im going to RMA the GPU tomorrow and hopefully the gpu is still covered by the warranty
