1070 or 1060 upgrade from 1050 Ti

I want to upgrade my GPU to either a 1070 or a 1060. I currently have an Asus 1050Ti, wich runs the games I play pretty good, but I want more FPS XD Is it worth spending and extra 100 bucks for the 1070? Thanks in advance!

It depends on the monitor that you're using (or plan to use). As a general rule of thumb, the 1060 is good for 1080p resolution, up to 144Hz refresh. While the 1070 is good for 1440p, 144Hz.
