I have an option to get this pre-built PC for $600:
Intel i5 7400
GTX 1050Ti 4GB
H110M-DGS Motherboard
8GB DDR 4 - RAM
2TB HDD

My budget is limited, this is pretty much the most I can spend, I want a PC for entry level gaming. Is this PC worth it or can I get a better deal, or even build a better one myself?

I'd get a good PSU. You can check build quality of many on Johnnyguru.com. If it isn't reviewed just skip it and look at another...
Videocards and DDR4 memory are really expensive right now. So in price, that's not bad assuming it includes everything, case, OS, etc.

The main downsides are the the CPU is already one generation old, and that motherboard has only two slots. So if it has 2x4gb ram, then you can't upgrade to 16gb without replacing both sticks that you will have already paid for. If it has one stick of 8gb, then you aren't in dual channel mode and won't be until you add another stick.

For budget level gaming it's not bad. You might want to look around to see if you can find an i3 8100 based system at that price.

Thank you for the answer!

I would rather wait a little bit and save up more money and hope the prices drop, but I'm using Core 2 Duo right now lol, so I can't really wait anymore.

I tried to find i3 8100 PC but they are going for the same price here - without dedicated graphics card! And I can't afford that right now. Besides that, I think I could get the price of this PC down to $550. I'm thinking about investing that extra $50 in a new PSU, since one in this PC is bad. Do you have any recommendation? Or should I invest that money in something else, like RAM, since it has one stick of 8gb?

Prices vary by country. For a lower cost unit look at a Corsair CX or CXM series. They must be the "grey" units not the "green" units. Grey and green is in reference to the color of the letters on the side of the PSU. The units with CX and CXM written in green are garbage.

For high end units you can look at a Seasonic Focus Gold, Seasonic Focus Plus Gold, EVGA G2, EVGA G3 and Corsair RMx series.
