Filter Fan for Exhaust?

Bought a set of Demcifilters for my Corsair 740. I've got all the intake fans (3x120) in the front covered, as well as the bottom and top of the case and all the little holey parts at the back top and back side. My question is: do I need to cover my exhaust fan (1x140)? The only reason I wonder about putting it on it is to maintain positive case pressure, considering the air in the front being impeded, but the air leaving not being impeded.

Solution

The 3x 120mm will, even when filtered, overcome the single 140mm exhaust. Giving you positive pressure.
Don't filter the exhaust.

If he's got all the intakes filtered with a very fine filtering media, the amount of dust getting inside is likely minimal at best and whatever is in there should be blown out the back by the unfiltered exhaust. It doesn't make any sense to add the filter to the exhaust as that would just restrict the dust from escaping as easily as it would if left unfiltered.

Exactly my point, but with more words.

In my haste seeing that I'm doing a couple of things at once, I misread your post and my mind injected a "not" in there before your "want." So, yes, same end outcome with more words. LOL
