SSD/HDD Randomly Disconnects

Before I get flamed, i'm putting this in Motherboard as I assume that it's not the HDD itself failing.

So I have two drives on my PC an SSD and a HDD.

Firstly my HDD was randomly disappearing, wasn't sure why so changed the power connector and the sata cable on it and it would eventually come back (but disconnected every now and again), for the last 2 days it seems pretty stable.

Yesterday morning, I booted up my PC from sleep and it said that there was no boot drive, much to my surprise when I looked in my BIOS my SSD was now missing.

Turned off my PC and left it, turned it back on a few hours later and it booted up correctly again with no issues. Again the PC went to sleep and the SSD went missing again.

Things i've done to troubleshoot

- Changed SATA Data Cables on both
- Changed SATA Power Cables on both
- Changed SATA Ports on both
- Cleared CMOS
- Ran SMART scans on both (All good there)
- Reinstalled Windows on SSD (Didn't think it would help but was long overdue anyway)
- Updated BIOS Drivers

Anyone have any ideas what could be the cause or solution?

The PSU is I believe a pretty good one (Coolermaster V750) and the motherboard is a MSI B85-G43

SSD is Samsung Evo 840 (New)
HDD is Seagate Barracuda 2tb

At this point im wondering if it could be the motherboard itself or the PSU? Is there anyway I can test without having spare parts?

Cheers
