new pc build with 2400g, can't activate windows and games are barely able to launch and are at 1 fps?

2400g, asus prime b350 plus, 16 gb flare x ram, nocuta cooler, 650 w psu, im in my os and have downloaded games but I can't activate windows (10) because it says the key has been used but im wondering why the games are barely launching
With Windows it probably means you'll need to purchase a new licence key. Some features of Windows are locked out as a result, though I can't remember precisely what features are locked out. Customisation of environment is one of them.

Other than 'Personalizations' Windows 10 OS should be fully-functional.
Did you install the AMD Graphics Driver package from Asus website
If you purchased an OEM version and previously used on another system then the license is attached to that system and according to Microsoft is non-transferable.
You can still do a manual activation by running the activation troubleshooter you might need to use Microsoft automated activation phone system.
